JASY was established in October 2006, as an outreach and youth ministry program serving underprivileged children in Kingston, Jamaica.

Youth volunteers from the First Presbyterian Church, Pittsford NY and St. John Fisher College, Rochester, NY plan and coordinate annual JASY Sports Training Camp for at-risk Jamaican children under the guidance of professionally trained and certified volunteer Sports Program Directors.

JASY is recognized and endorsed by the Office of the Prime Minister for its positive impact on Youth Character Development. JASY is as a key program supporting the efforts of the Jamaica National Transformation Programme.

JASY is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Charitable Organization. JASY is a registered Charitable Organization with the Office of NY Attorney General. Registration number is 40-66-09.
There is no cost to the Jamaican children or their families to attend JASY Camp.

JASY is a Volunteer based organization with no paid staff and no outside fundraising services. Your donations directly impact the lives of at-risk Jamaican children.
