Volunteering at JASY Camp –a life changing experience“JASY was not that typical experience that you say “changed your life,” and then forget about a few days after you return home. I still reflect on the lasting and gratifying lessons which the children in Jamaica taught me. I know we provided them with a week of fun and games, but they gave us much more in return. By actually taking the time to listen and appreciate these children, I learned that even without money, a home and sometimes even parents, they could still find joy in life."
